The annual Service Manager Dag (Day) is organized by a group of volunteers. This group represents the Special Interest Group Management & Service Management of NGI-NGN. The objective is to present an inspiring program for Service Managers and other stakeholders within IT and the business. To share new ideas and learn from the stories of others. This non-profit event is organized annualy by several volunteers who have earned their spurs in this field. Every year a varied program is presented.
