The annual Service Manager Dag (Day) is organized by a group of volunteers. This group represents the Special Interest Group Management & Service Management of NGI-NGN. The objective is to present an inspiring program for Service Managers and other stakeholders within IT and the business. To share new ideas and learn from the stories of others. This non-profit event is organized annualy by several volunteers who have earned their spurs in this field. Every year a varied program is presented.
This year we have came up with this theme: pop up! IT departments are increasingly dealing with services that need to be delivered faster and are subject to constant change. How do you deal with this? Do you need to document or not? Do you go for speed or quality? How do you ensure that the increasing pace of change in the business can be supported while security is guaranteed? Our speakers have a clear vision on this.
Take a look at the program and sign up! The number of tickets is limited. The keynote speakers for 2017 are:
- Björn Kuipers (best referee in Dutch football): Agile teamwork, quick decision making
- Mike Orzen (Author of Lean IT: Enabling and Sustaining Your Lean Enterprise.)
- Paul Bessems (CEO Weconet): Block Chains as disrupting force
- Rini van Solingen (Prowareness / TU Delft): The responsive enterprise
The other speakers are almost known, see the program for the latest updates.
