And which approach can you use to prioritize work, including continuous trade-offs between user functionality and reducing technical debt?
This highly practical and interactive workshop will provide the attendees with a pragmatic value prioritization instrument, including practical use cases, which can be applied directly in daily practice. They will learn the basic ingredients of business value, and learn how to select the most valuable issues, changes or improvements to work on first.
The workshop will be in Dutch or English, depending on the preferred language of the attendees.
